As a musician, he had his own group touring the United States and promoting shows with his Father before ending up in Nashville in 1978. After this time, his credits includes: Entertainment Show Promoter, Record Producer, Drummer and Background vocalist in some of the Nashville studios, A musician on the road with numerous artists and on the Grand Old Opry. He has worked, and toured with artist such as: Little Jimmy Dickens, Leroy Van Dyke, Merle Haggard, Porter Waggoner, Shania Twain, Linda Davis, Pat Roden, Marty Stuart, Travis Tritt, Reba McIntire, Ricky Skaggs, Shenandoah, Jimmy C.
